Our name reflects how we treat: evidence-based Western rehabilitation (manual therapy, exercise therapy and electrotherapy) combined with Eastern techniques such as acupuncture and cupping, plus IMS (intramuscular stimulation) and dry needling. Every appointment is one-to-one in a private treatment room.
We are at 4388 Still Creek Dr, Unit 201, Burnaby, BC, close to Brentwood and Gilmore SkyTrain stations, with free on-site parking.

Conditions we commonly treat: back and neck pain, sciatica, headaches, shoulder and knee pain, sports injuries, repetitive strain, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, fracture recovery, and somatosensory tinnitus (ringing in the ears linked to the neck or jaw).

**Building Access**
- The main entrance will be open from 9:30am-5pm (Monday to Friday). Reception will remotely unlock glass doors from the inside and you may enter from there. Before and after-hour appointments (ex. 7am, 6pm, Saturday appointments) will be at the side entrance.
**Parking**
- Parking is permitted on stalls marked **Office Visitors** and **Nextgen Offices**. Please do not park on **McDonald's Reserved** and **Ensuite Parking** stalls. There are additional parking in the back of the building (by the McDonald's Drive Thru).
**Waitlist**
- If you are unable to schedule an appointment with one of our Therapists in your preferred time, please add yourself to our waitlist (located in the bottom of the schedule).
**Cancellation Policy**
- Out of respect for our Therapists time and availability for other Clients, please kindly provide 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
