Building Access - The main entrance will be open from 9:30am-5pm (Monday to Friday). Reception will remotely unlock glass doors from the inside and you may enter from there. Before and after-hour appointments (ex. 7am, 6pm, Saturday/Sunday appointments) will be at the side entrance located here.

Parking - Free Parking is permitted on stalls marked Office Visitors and Nextgen Offices. Please do not park on McDonald’s Reserved and Ensuite Parking stalls. There are additional parking in the back of the building (by the McDonald’s Drive Thru).

Waitlist - If you are unable to schedule an appointment with one of our Therapists in your preferred time, please add yourself to our waitlist (located in the bottom of the schedule).

Cancellation Policy - Out of respect for our Therapists time and availability for other Clients, please kindly provide 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Corporate Physiotherapy - Not available currrently.
